Born and raised in Rome, Lorenzo is a graduate of Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome, where he studied with Pier Paolo Scalera, Franco Zeri,
and Bonifacio Pontonio.
Lorenzo began his design career at the renowned studio
of Pier Paolo Scalera, assisting Mr. Scalera in creating some of the most iconic Italian movie posters.
Lorenzo furthered his studies
at School of Visual Arts in New York with two of the most celebrated American masters of graphic design: Tony Palladino (PSYCHO) and Milton Glaser (I LOVE NY)
Lorenzo is a published author. His book TRAVEL ITALIA™: The Golden Age of Italian Travel Posters, was published worldwide by Abrams.
He is also the co-author of Midcentury House Today published by Phaidon / Monacelli.
His work has been recognized with numerous design awards including the prestigious Graphis Award in multiple design categories.
Lorenzo’s work has been featured in Vanity Fair, New York Magazine, Print, and Architectural Digest.
